My hobby is photography. Mostly birds. I enjoy it. I can observe animals and birds in their natural state in nature for hours. But I stalk to „catch“ the moment, and my photos are usually a series of some kind of story. The action, or how things happen – that's what interests me.
I love to travel. I've traveled and been all over the place, but I haven't found my place in the world yet. I enjoy visiting and immersing myself in historical, cultural, and geographical sights. But somehow architecture just doesn't click for me. I find it hard to take a good photo in an urban environment, for example.
About the author:
She is a sophisticated lady, elegant, which doesn't prevent her from dressing in protective photographic gear and „dissolving“ into the landscape to „nail“ her target with the camera's lens.
Dora is from Sofia. A heavy smoker. With an incredible sense of humor. Very precise about details, whether in life or in photos.
From her numerous travels, she has reached the pleasant conclusion that cigarettes aid in long hours of bird and animal observation. They don't interfere at all. Especially with predators. They don't perceive it or have the mindset that you are poisoning them. These thoughts she shared will blow up anti-smokers, but that's just how she is – she always says what she thinks, and in plain terms.
Dora will reveal to us a unique, direct, and beautiful world of untouched nature.
