First day – Kremenets Lakes, Jano Peak and Tveno Lake

I'm leaving from the hut „Godless“ on the left bank of the eponymous lake. After about 1 hour I reach a shepherd's hut and head towards the river Retze. I cross it and begin climbing through the forest towards a huge rock with yellow markings.

Have you ever seen a river cleaner than Retize?

Here she is on the clip

It is our direction towards Kremenets lakes. Another reference point could be the peak Sivriya, which is always on the right.

Lower Kremenets Lake

After about an hour of climbing, I reached the amazing Lower Kremenets Lake. I enjoy it and I take photos of it.

He doesn't even worry; he poses for me, showing me his wonderful clear waters.
There is no living soul except me and I wonder if I am in Heaven. 🙂

I continue along the right bank of the lake and admire the protector of the Kremenets Lakes – Mount Jano.

Popovo Lake – High-mountain beauty and romance in Pirin

The colorful clip in which Victor makes a panoramic tour of Mount Jano can be watched on our channel on YT

After another 15 minutes I'm there The Upper Kremenets Lake. To avoid offending the lower class, I will say that the upper one is even more beautiful.

I take a few shots under the bright rays of the sun and head towards The ice lake, which is located right under Mount Jano.

Popovo Lake in Pirin – a different perspective on the mountain landscape

After a short break, I storm the summit.

It’s a beautiful day, about 30 minutes ago, and I’m up there. The view is amazing: to the right are the Kremenets Lakes, to the left is Popovo Lake, and between them is Mount Sivriya. A unique panorama.

I take as many photos as my soul desires and head towards Popovo Lake. Just before it is the turnoff to Teveno Lake.

The Solovetsky Lakes in Pirin – fairytale beauty near the Kraljevdvor Gate

I'm heading towards the Royal Gate

I am walking along the stone path and suddenly the first Samodive Lake opens up in front of me, leaving me speechless!

Am I looking at a lake, or is the narcissist looking at himself in the crystal-clear water mirror?!
We look at each other – I, stunned and embarrassed, she – seducing the next tourist.

I'm filming and I'm leaving. One more push and I'm on my way. The Royal Court Gate. In front of me opens the vast Pirin, and in the distance a trail leads Shelter „Tvenno Ezero“.

Don't miss the clip for Ice Lake:

Tired, with a heavy backpack on my back, I reach Teveno Lake and forget about the pain in my legs and the fatigue in my soul.

I fall into nirvana in front of the view of the lake.
And here is Tevno

And another clip from there with perfect projection of the peaks:

Without further ado, I set off for the Valaivishki chukar to watch the sunset.

I take a few shots and return to the tent to wait for the star boy in the sky.
Today is a new moon and his mother, the Moon, has fallen into a well-deserved sleep, leaving him to roam the vast sky at will…

All I have left to do is unfold the tripod and the camera and wait for the birth of the star child.

I look and I can't take my eyes off it. The dream is between Lake Tenvno, the tent and the shelter, and no matter what I take a picture of, it's stars, stars and more stars.

The day finally ends for me too. We go to bed together with the star child – he is immersed in the universe, and I am in the tent.

Second day – Sunrise and the road to the Bezbozh hut„

I set the alarm so I wouldn’t miss the sunrise. I get dressed quickly and head to the lake. I find a nice position and wait for the sun to rise so I can take the photo.

After the photoshoot, I pack my bags and head towards the Bezbozh hut. After about 2 hours of hiking, I reach Popovo Lake. I get to see beautiful landscapes; I don’t slow down; I take photos as I please, exploring the lake from the left.

I take my leave of the lake and head towards Dushevadka. It’s already crowded with tourists; we barely manage to get by, and I mentally recall yesterday’s flirt with the Kremenets lakes – two lovers and no one else.

A little more, a little more and I am at the foot of the Dushevadka mountain.

Come on, there's no time left!

In front of me is the lake and the „Godless“ hut. A few shots of the hiker, and you know the rest.
